FOUNDATIONS CLASS
Jesus came to bring us good news! Foundations Class is an introduction to the good news of Jesus Christ and the key steps to becoming his follower. If you are exploring the Christian faith, preparing to be baptized, or deciding to make Freedom Church your home, we invite you to join us for our next Foundations Class.
WATER BAPTISM
Have you experienced the transforming impact of water baptism? Water baptism is a public demonstration of repentance for our sins and faith in Jesus Christ. It is a joyful opportunity to testify to God's goodness and to celebrate God's grace. If you have not been baptized since making a decision to follow Jesus Christ, we invite you to take this important step!
FREEDOM EMPOWER
Jesus told his disciples, "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you." We need the power of God to fulfill the mission of God. At Freedom Empower, you will learn more about the Holy Spirit, receive prayer from a team of leaders, and be empowered to take steps to minister to others. If you have completed our Foundations Class, you are ready for Freedom Empower.
Discipleship, Membership, and Leadership
DISCIPLESHIP CLASS
Are you ready to grow? Do you want to learn more about the mission and vision of Freedom Church? If so, this class is for you! Discipleship Class unpacks Freedom Church's core values, statement of faith, and six core practices of discipleship. Applying these commitments and values to our daily lives is how we live on mission together as a community of men and women following Jesus.
BECOME A MEMBER
The church is like a body with many different parts, each of which is essential to the healthy functioning of the whole. It takes all of God's people to accomplish all of God's mission! We believe that committing to membership in a local expression of the body of Christ is a benefit both to us individually and to the body of Christ collectively.
LEADERSHIP CLASS
"Come follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make you fishers of men." We believe that every follower of Jesus can help somebody else follow Jesus. If you want to make disciples and help others live in community, this class is for you! Leadership Class will introduce you to our small group strategy and empower you to make disciples as a small group leader at Freedom Church.
